Solution preparation system is mainly used for the preparation and sterilization filtration of sterile drugs,biological products,oral liquid ,eye drop ,syrup solution ,infustion solution,ampoule solution,injection solution and other pharmaceutical liquids in pharmaceutical fields.
Solution preparation system mainly inclduing the following units:
1) manufacturing tank ( mixing tank ) : which is jacketed mixing tank can be with top mounted agitator or bottom mounted agitator .
2) pre-filter : which is used to filter the particle or suspension, which located btween the mixing tank and storage tank .it can use micropore filter or press filter etc according to the prodcuts .
3) transfer pump : which can be used sanitary grade centrifuge pump to transfer the solution from mixing to the storage tank.
4) storage tank :which is used to storage the solution for filling & packing process.
5) final stage filter : as usual ,it is use the micropore filter for final stage filter to the filling machine .
6) optional equipment : high shear emulsifying pump or high pressure .homogenizer which is used for the suspension product or syrup products etc .
7) pipeline & valve for the whole system .
8) control panel system : PLC/HMI control panel or common button control panel .
9) SS304 platform for the solution preparation system .

Our polishing system consists of auto and semi-auto polishing machine and manual polishing.
