Falling Film Evaporator is widely used in the evaporate the water from the juice ,milk ,dairy beverage ,coconut water ,which can get high concentration solid content product in low temperature and instant time ,due to the falling film evaporator is a vacuum tubular type evaproator ,it can evaporate in high vacuum confition ,so it can make inside product boiling in low temperature .so it can make the raw material can keep its own original taste .also the falling film evaporator adopt the raw material feeding from the heater top and into the inside tube by the spread unit homogenous ,so the raw material will be flow via tube inside shell equally ,so the raw material can contact the tube inside wall and heat exchanger completely .which can make the water in the raw material evaporate fast ,so when the raw material flow to the tube bottom part ,it can be reached the requirement viscosity content already ,so the milk ,juice ,coconut product contact the heating medium is very short time ,so it can be protect the heat sensitive
