Sugar Melting Tank is a newly designed melting and heating device. The pot body is composed of a cylindrical stainless steel inner cylinder head to form a heat transfer interlayer. The outside is packaged with polished stainless steel, and the surface is beautiful and generous. The melted object and cold water are placed in the pot, and the steam is passed into the interlayer to achieve the purpose of heating and melting.

Sugar Melting Tank is  made of SS304 or SS316 , suitable for food, beverage and medical industry. It will not rust or lichen. It is joint with 3 parts –topper, bottom and body by high frequency welding, smooth and nice on joint line. The tank plate is suitable to endure pressures. The stirring bar will be rotate with the motor driving. The liquid inside tank will be heated by electrical pipes. The heating can be switched on and off according to thermal meter indications. Lever gauge will show the lever correctly.
