FBD dryer application scope :
It is mainly suitable for low-temperature drying of various liquid paste materials such as Chinese and Western medicines, food, biological engineering, chemical raw materials, health products, food additives and so on, especially for materials with high viscosity, easy agglomeration and heat sensitivity. Materials that are not suitable or unable to spray dry materials are the best choice for vacuum continuous drying machines.

2). Food health care industry: Wheat extract, oligosaccharide, instant solid beverage, tea powder, cocoa powder, corn syrup, vegetable protein, condiment, etc.
FBD dryer is a kind of continuous feeding and continuous discharging vacuum drying equipment. The liquid raw materials are delivered to the dryer through the feed pump, and distributed on the conveyor belt through the distributor. Through high vacuum, the boiling point temperature of the materials is reduced. The water content of the liquid raw materials directly rises to Huawei gas. The conveyor belt runs at a constant speed on the heating plate. Through the operation of the conveyor belt, from the front Evaporate, dry to the cooling discharge at the back end, the temperature range is from high to low, which can be adjusted according to the material characteristics. The discharge end is equipped with a specific vacuum pulverizing device to achieve the finished products with different particle sizes. The dried powder can be automatically packed or the subsequent process.
Vacuum low temperature continuous drying is converted from traditional 10-20 hours drying products to 30-60 minutes. The goal of adjusting different drying temperatures according to different materials is achieved. The problem of high spray drying temperature and easy drying time of traditional oven is solved.
