Aroma Essential oil is extracted by water distillation. Fresh or dried aromatic plant raw materials are put into the extraction tank distiller, which is then heated by the electrical /steam in the jacket of the extraction tank distiller or can use the steam direct into the raw material ,inside extraction tank distiller temperature ges upper ,the water will be vapor and the vapor steam will be evaporated the plant essential oil. After the steam containing essential oil is collected and cooled through a condenser and sb-cooler , the vapor steam will be cooled into a liquid, and then water / essential oil separated according to the difference of specific gravity and density between the water and essential oil. Among the remaining water, some essential oils are more or less dissolved in it, which is the so-called essential oil water. Most of the essential oils are extracted in this way.
