we have a experience sales engineers team who can speak in english fluently will communicate with the client to check the customer inquiry and requirement and also will give the customers some expert consultation .when the sales engineers get the customer requirement ,will make the URS documents and forward to our technology dept process engineer &mechanical engineer to make the equipments drawing and PID drawing for the customer to check and approval .
After getting the confirmation from the customer,our sales engineer will make the formal quotation to customers and negotation .
The contract order will place in our BOM management ,the Engineering dept staff will issue the production drawing and material list
Plant dept will get the production order and start production according to the production drawing and BOM documents ;and quality dept will inspect the raw material and production process for the whole production.
We will invite the customer to our plant for product inspection if posisble ,or make the online test confirmation
Warehouse dept will arrange the package and shipment accordingly and sales engineering will arrange the full set documents to client .
After the goods arrive the customer’s plant ,our after -sales service team will make a general supporting for the installation ,operation and documents verify .
We have established some overseas agent office to make the after-sales serivce already ,so it can will be service client in fast response .also in our headquarter service team ,there is a expert team which can support client in 7*24 hours .
